It is my first time doing Reformer, What class would be best?
We recommend the Introduction to Pilates & the Studio class for your first class as we will teach you all the Pilates basics, how to use the reformer, show you around the studio where to find everything, and run you through a mini workout. This is the perfect class to ask any questions you may have, and you will leave feeling confident and ready to attend any of your chosen classes after that. If you can't make the introduction class please come into your first class 10 minutes early and we will happily show you some of the Reformer basics.

What class is better for me?
We offer a variety of classes; Reformer Pilates, Reformer Flow, mat work Pilates, jump board Reformer, Barre, HIIP (High-intensity interval Pilates) and yoga to offer variety into your week. Mixing up your workouts in the week is a great way to stay consistent, motivated and to keep things fresh.
Can I do 2 classes in a row
Yes, if you would like, although we recommend doing 2 different classes in a row. If you do a reformer class, please pair this with a different style class before or after. As we have limited reformer spaces this way it ensures everyone gets a go and you have variety in your workouts.
Can I do Pilates if I have an injury and or I am Pre or Postnatal?
Injury: Yes, you definitely can, as long as you have medical clearance from a medical professional to attend a Pilates class. Pilates is a low-impact exercise option and great for improving pain in the body. It is important you let the instructor know of any injuries you may have or that may arise before class. Please come in 5-10 minutes early to speak with the instructor as at times modifications may be needed for you and if that is the case, they will run you through them before class starts. No doubt you will love Pilates and it will help you feel better. Please note we run GROUP fitness classes only not 1 on 1 sessions.
Prenatal: Yes, if you have medical clearance from your medical practitioner to exercise. You can attend any of the classes on the timetable (although jump board reformer is not recommended*). Let the instructor know you are expecting, and they can help you with any slight modifications that might need to be made. Pilates is a great form of exercises while pregnant.
Postnatal: Yes, once you have medical clearance from your medical practitioner stating you can exercise again. We even run a minis and me class where you can bring your bub along.
