Expert-Led Pilates & Barre Classes
Introduction to Pilates & the Studio
Never been on a Reformer or haven’t done Pilates in a while?
This is the perfect first class for you.
In this class we will give you a tour around the studio, show you all the basic Pilates moves and teach you how the Reformer works while also doing a mini workout. You will leave this class feeling confident and ready to book into as many classes as you like to start your movement journey.
Barre
Barre is a whole-body movement class where you work on getting toned and building strength. With upbeat music, props for challenges, and endorphins flying, you’ll no doubt leave feeling happy and sweaty.
(Please note: This class features strobe/LED lighting for a fun, disco vibe.) Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Location: Floor room.
HIIP (High Intensity Interval pilates)
Get ready for the ultimate blend of Reformer Pilates and strength training with HIIP!
This high-intensity, circuit-style class on the Reformer combines the best of HIIT and muscle-building exercises to help you build strength, burn calories, and work up a serious sweat. Whether you’re into high-impact or low-impact exercises, this class is designed to challenge all fitness levels. We’ll use the Reformer, weights, bands, and other props to target your muscles and push your limits. It’s the perfect fusion of Reformer Pilates and gym training—while being low impact.
Minis and Me
Don’t have time to work out with your little one around?
Bring them along!
This Reformer Pilates class is designed for parents, caregivers, or guardians with babies up to crawling age. It’s a great opportunity to move your body, bond with your little one, and socialise with other parents and caregivers. Please note, if you’re bringing food, make sure it’s easy to clean, such as rice rusks—otherwise, we recommend avoiding food altogether.
Hot Mat Pilates
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout using the Reformer machine, designed to build strength while keeping things fun.
You’ll feel the signature ‘Pilates burn,’ and the class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, you’ll find challenges that meet your needs.
Express Reformer
Express Reformer is a Reformer class for those who a time poor but still want a strong workout.
You will work harder in the 35 minutes to fit a great workout in. Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities whether you are a beginner or more advanced; this workout will offer challenges for everyone in the class no matter where you are at on your movement journey.
Jumpboard Reformer
A jump board is placed on the end of the reformer machine for this class. This is a high intensity low impact class that will likely have you work up a sweat and feel the famous ‘Pilates shake’ mostly while laying down on the reformer (winning!). You will jump off the board in many different ways that you probably didn’t know were possible. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Not recommended for prenatal clients and or first timers on the reformer.
Reformer Stretch
Reformer Stretch is a slow-paced class designed for deep stretching and relaxation, giving your body some well-deserved TLC. The Reformer’s straps, springs, and footbar provide added support for a great stretch.
Each session ends with a meditation, so feel free to bring an eye mask, jumper, or blanket for extra comfort.
Note: Socks are required to be worn in all classes. Grippy socks are recommended, and we have a whole fun and fashion-forward range you can choose from for purchase in the studio if you would like some.
